1. How to retrive your job

First input your email address which you used to submit your job and your job id, then click the 'check' button.

2. How to submit your job without advanced options

First input your email address and query sequence,
then calculate the result of the image code and click submit. See the following picture
Note:You can also input a name for your protein, which is optional.




3. How to submit your job with advanced options

step 1. input your email address and query sequence.


step 2. select the advanced options. see the following picture.


step 3. You can specify your advanced options. You can specify all these advanced options simultaneously.

     step 3.1. You can select the templates you want to used by inputting the PDB ids.
        The ID should include the protein ID and the chain ID separated by an underscore.
        Both uppercase and lowercase are acceptable. Multiple IDs should be separated by comma.
        For example, 4I1K_A is a valid PDB entry.

     step 3.2. You can input the alignments you want to use.
        Each alignment contains three lines.....
        Both uppercase and lowercase are acceptable. Multiple IDs should be separated by enter.

     step 3.3. You can upload the PDB file you want to use.
        We accept only '.tar' or '.tar.gz' files which is smaller than 2M.

     step 3.4. You can specify if we use only the PDB you specified.

     step 3.5. You can forbid the template you do not want to use by inputting the PDB ids.

        Note: we do not make sure that all PDBs you input can be forbidden. Because some PDBs with different names may have the same structures.
